About the Opportunity n
nWe are looking for a skilled Technical Claims Specialist - Property. You will manage a portfolio of complex cases, conduct activities to ensure a high quality service delivery and provide expert technical guidance and be a point of referral for adjusters and the client(s) to ensure the provision of a high-quality claims service that supports efficient and effective service delivery.n

Key Responsibilities n
n

- Provide technical expertise on property claims (domestic and commercial)
n
- Manage a caseload of complex claims to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes
n
- Oversee Administration team performance, ensuring KPI, SLA, and quality compliance
n
- Coach and support colleagues to build capability and maintain high standards
n
- Conduct claims audits and identify opportunities for improvement
n
- Analyse trends and drive process and system improvements
n




- Handle escalations and disputes, ensuring effective resolution
n
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, brokers, and suppliers
n
- Promote a customer-first approach aligned with company values
n

About You n
n

- Experience in property claims handling (essential)
n
- Background in customer service
n
- Insurance qualification (Certificate level or above)
n
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
- Experience in quality/audit (desirable)
n
- Highly organised, resilient, and solutions focused
n
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a collaborative approach
n
