Job Description

IAG Defence & National Security in Canberra is seeking an Engineering Lead to govern program-level capability baselines, requirements and architectures for a Defence communications portfolio. You will translate guidance into system-level requirements, maintain traceability and drive MBSE adoption across projects.

The role requires NV1 clearance, broad systems engineering expertise and experience with complex, multi-project baselines and integration. Hybrid work options may apply in Canberra.
