Hanlon Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of out of home media, digital billboard and specialty structural steel projects across Sydney and beyond.

n

This is a hands‑on project leadership role responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of technically challenging steel structures , from design and engineering coordination through fabrication, procurement, logistics, site installation and project completion.

n

You’ll work closely with clients, engineers, detailers, workshop teams, site crews and subcontractors to turn complex concepts into safely constructed, high‑quality structures.

What you’ll be doing n

n
- Lead projects from award through design, fabrication, installation and completion
n
- Deliver digital billboards, large-format advertising structures and other specialty steel projects
n
- Manage project programmes, budgets, forecasting, procurement and commercial outcomes
n
- Coordinate engineering, detailing and technical requirements, including review of drawings and steel models
n
- Work closely with our fabrication teams to manage production priorities and sequencing
n
- Plan and coordinate site works, subcontractors, cranes, access, logistics and installation activities
n
- Manage RFIs, variations, claims, progress reporting and contractual requirements
n
- Provide constructability input across design, fabrication, transport and installation methodologies
n
- Identify project risks early and drive practical solutions to keep projects moving
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants,



contractors and other project stakeholders
n
- Ensure projects meet Hanlon's safety, quality, environmental and ISO management system requirements
n

What we’re looking for nn
- Demonstrated experience in project management within construction, structural steel, engineering or a related field
n
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to interpret structural drawings, specifications and steel models
n
- Experience coordinating fabrication, construction and site installation activities
n
- Proven ability to manage budgets, programmes, variations and project commercial performance
n
- Robust planning, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills
n
- Confidence managing multiple project interfaces and resolving issues as they arise
n
- A proactive, accountable approach with a focus on getting projects delivered
n
- Qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a relevant trade pathway and experience
