The Prospect n

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Administrator to join a respected builder and play a key role in the commercial delivery of a high-profile project in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established builder and work on a standout project through to completion. Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day commercial management of the project, including contract administration, procurement, cost control and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Manage contract administration across the project lifecycle
n
- Procure and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements
n
- Administer variations, progress claims, EOTs and subcontractor packages
n
- Monitor project costs, forecasts and financial reporting
n
- Work closely with the Project Manager and site team to resolve commercial and contractual issues
n
- Assist with procurement and subcontractor management
n




- Identify and manage commercial risks
n
- Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
n
- Ensure compliance with company systems, standards and contractual obligations
n

About You nn
- Experience in construction contract administration
n
- Experience working for a reputable head contractor
n
- Experience across residential, high-rise or mixed-use projects will be highly regarded
n
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, variations and cost management
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded
n
- Confident working closely with Project Managers and site teams
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
n
