Job Description

Hickory Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to own end-to-end delivery of significant industrial developments. You will lead and execute Hickory’s $1B industrial development and advanced manufacturing pipeline across Victoria and Recent South Wales.

You will manage site identification, due diligence, planning, design development and infrastructure delivery while engaging consultants, contractors and delivery partners.
