Job Description

We're on the hunt to find a talented Kitchen Hand/Cook to join our Manly Brew Pub team on a Casual basis.

The Role: n

n
- Casual hours: 10 hours per week available now, with up to 30 hours available in Summer.
n
- Food Preparation : Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
n
- Quality Control :Monitor the taste, texture, and presentation of dishes
n
- Inventory Management :Assist in inventory control, including ordering and stock rotation.
n
- Collaboration :Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
n
- Safety and Hygiene :Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a protected and clean kitchen setting.

- Dishwashing

You: nn
- Sound knowledge of various cooking and cleaning methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
n
- Manage time effectively, have an eye for detail and work well independently.
n
- Excellent attention to detail.
n
