Busy Bees Bellmere is seeking a passionate Lead Educator to guide the daily learning program in your room, mentor educators, and create a protected, engaging environment where children thrive.

This full-time role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-equivalent), current First Aid/CPR, WWCC, EYLF/NQS knowledge, and proven leadership within an early learning setting. Join a supportive team with a Bee Safe commitment and career pathways.
