Metro Finance is seeking ambitious graduates to join our 12-month AI & Software Engineering Graduate Program , designed to develop the next generation of software, data and AI professionals.

n

This program provides a unique chance to gain hands-on experience across software engineering, quality assurance, AI engineering and data platforms while working on real business problems that impact customers, brokers and internal teams.

About the Program n

The program is structured in two phases designed to provide both strong engineering foundations and exposure to emerging AI technologies.

Phase 1 - Software Engineering & Quality Assurance n

During your first six months, you'll work alongside our Development and QA teams, learning how enterprise software is designed, built, tested and deployed.

You'll gain experience in:

Phase 2 - AI Engineering & Data n

During the second six months, you'll join Metro's AI, Architecture and Data team where you'll gain exposure to:

About You n
