Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 + super (depending on experience)

Kiddiwinks St Ives is a brand-new, purpose-built early learning centre and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead our team.

Founded by Early Childhood Teachers with over 20 years of industry experience, Kiddiwinks is built on strong values, supportive leadership, and a genuine passion for high-quality early childhood education.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a new centre from the beginning and shape its culture, team, and quality standards.

About the Role

As Centre Director you will be responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of the centre, ensuring a high standard of care, compliance, and team engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of educators
- Managing the daily operations of the centre
- Building strong relationships with families and the community
- Managing enrolments, tours, and family communications
- Overseeing rosters, staffing and centre administration
- Managing budgets, stock ordering and centre resources
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and Education and Care Regulations




- Supporting programming aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Using OWNA to manage CCS, bookings, attendance and enrolments
- Driving continuous improvement and quality outcomes

About You

We are looking for a confident and organised leader who is passionate about early childhood education and team development.

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 12 months experience in a Centre Director or leadership role
- Robust understanding of the EYLF, NQF and National Regulations
- Experience leading and mentoring teams
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
- Child Protection Statement of Attainment
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
