This innovative, plant-led dining concept is known for its creative cuisine, vibrant atmosphere and exceptional hospitality.

We are looking for a passionate, hands-on leader with robust commercial awareness and a genuine love for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily restaurant operations
- Lead, motivate and develop the team of 20 staff members
- Maintain exceptional service standards
- Manage budgets, labour costs and profitability
- Drive operational performance and guest satisfaction

About You

- Proven experience as a General Manager in a premium restaurant
- Strong leadership and financial management skills
- Experience in quality-led or Michelin Guide restaurants is desirable
- Hands-on, organised and commercially driven
- Passionate about food, beverage and hospitality
