What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate machine deliveries with Sales and Service teams
- Manage delivery forecasts, reporting and pre-delivery arrangements
- Liaise with suppliers and finance partners on equipment and funding
- Oversee sales orders, invoices and purchasing documentation
- Identify ways to improve processes and customer experience
About You
- Strong coordination and administrative skills
- Experience in equipment hire, capital machinery or construction is preferred
- Great at multitasking, prioritising and stakeholder management
- Proactive, detail-oriented and a natural organiser
