Optus is seeking a Complex Fraud Analyst to detect, investigate, and prevent customer, subscription, and network fraud. In the External Fraud Risk team, you’ll analyze data, identify trends, and deliver insights to strengthen fraud controls and minimise losses.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, prepare management reports, and support fraud awareness programs while ensuring compliance with laws and Optus policies.
