VIDA Rail in Melbourne is seeking a Cost Control Officer on a 3-year fixed-term contract with hybrid working arrangements (CBD office and home-based). You will support cost control, project reporting and financial controls across VIDA Rail projects.

You will assist updating the Project Controls System (EcoSys) and process claims, invoices and accruals, while contributing to monthly financial reporting and cost integrity. Solid collaboration with project teams is essential.
