Our client is a specialist welding and industrial gas supplier serving trade, fabrication, engineering, construction, and industrial customers across the Northern Territory, seeking a professional person to join their sales team in a Front Counter role.

The Opportunity:

- Serve customers at the front counter
n
- Handle counter and phone sales, enquiries and product requests
n
- Process customer orders, sales transactions and quotations through SAP/Computer systems
n
- Promote and upsell products
n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade, industrial and welding customers
n
- Maintain accurate stock levels
n
- Receive, pick, pack and dispatch goods
n

Requirements to fulfill the role:

- Previous experience in customer service, including sales, and industry products
n
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
n
- Strong customer service focus
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
n
- Willingness to learn product range
n
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen
n
- Clean National Police Clearance
n
- Full, unlimited working rights
