Job Capital is seeking an experienced Lead Hand Electrician to provide hands-on leadership across commercial electrical construction projects in Brisbane. n
nVisa sponsorship may be available to suitable applicants, subject to individual eligibility and approval. n
nKey responsibilities n
n• Coordinate electricians and apprentices n
n• Plan and sequence daily electrical work n
n• Lead smaller projects independently and support the Foreman or Site Supervisor n
n• Read drawings, specifications and project scopes n
n• Monitor productivity, workmanship and project milestones n
n• Manage tools, materials, equipment, safety and quality documentation n
n• Mentor apprentices and junior tradespeople n
n• Communicate professionally with clients, builders and contractors n
nCandidate requirements n
n• Recognised electrical trade qualification n




n• Strong commercial electrical construction experience n
n• Previous responsibility for coordinating electrical teams n
n• Ability to plan work and resolve site issues n
n• Solid safety, quality, leadership and communication capability n
n• Current driver licence and willingness to relocate to Brisbane n
n• Ability to meet Australian visa, health and character requirements n
