There are plenty of electrical jobs out there right now — but not everyone wants to work 50–60 hours a week, spend their life travelling across Melbourne, or get home when the day is almost over.

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? n

7:00am–3:30pm – be home to see the kids

Majority local work across Melbourne’s South-East

$45–$60/hr – based on experience

RDO Accrual + Paid day off on your birthday

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? n

Your days will be varied,



with a broad mix of work including:

Electrical n

- Residential installations & new builds
n
- High‑end new homes
n
- Renovations
n
- Small-scale commercial installations & factories
n
- Residential service work
n
- Lighting, power & data
n
- CCTV & alarms
n
- Switchboard upgrades
n

Air Conditioning nn
- Residential air-conditioning installations
n
- Split systems
n
- Ducted reverse‑cycle systems
n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? n

We’re looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has strong residential electrical experience
n
- Ideally experience with small commercial fit‑outs
n
- Is reliable, motivated and efficient
n
- Can confidently run and manage their own jobs
n
- Has the ability to lead and manage apprentices
n
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Takes ownership of completing jobs efficiently and within allocated timeframes
n
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their workmanship
n
- Has sound knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 and electrical safety requirements
n
- Brings a positive attitude and great vibe to a small team
n

- On the job experience and technical skills will be highly regarded. Renumeration will be based on experience.

- AC experience or Dual trade - HVAC and Electrical - Experience with Ducted and split system installs
n
- *$2,000 sign-on bonus = $1,000 at 6 months and $1,000 at 12 months
