Uniting in Melbourne is seeking a Casual Engagement Officer to coach and develop our Additional Assistants, helping them partner with kindergarten teams to create inclusive, protected and thriving environments for children.

You will build trusted relationships, support practice growth, and deliver on-site visits, plus online support. This role offers hybrid flexibility from Broadmeadows with above-award pay and casual loading.
