We’re currently working with a fast-growing, Australian-owned insurance brokerage looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their Sydney CBD team.

The Opportunity

You’ll inherit an established SME commercial portfolio generating approximately $500K in annual income , with the opportunity to manage and grow the book while building strong, long-term client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Client servicing, renewals and insurer negotiations
- Managing claims and providing ongoing client support
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with clients and insurers
- Working closely with experienced brokers and a supportive team

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

- 3–5 years’ commercial broking experience
- Strong technical insurance knowledge




- Commercial awareness and a desire to generate recent business
- The ambition to grow a portfolio rather than simply maintain one
- A proactive and adaptable approach
