We are seeking an energetic, and passionate Property Manager to join our community. Our School has a vision for the property and facilities of the School to be a place where all parents, staff, and students can commune in a clean, and well maintained workplace which they can take pride in its function. This role requires a unique blend of servant leadership, diligence, administrative skill, and people management.

This is a permanent full time position, commencing early to mid-January, 2027.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Management of property and maintenance functions of the school




- Management of Maintenance and Grounds budget
- Contractor Management
- Managing cleaning staff
- Manage Bus Services
- Security services
- Liaising with regulatory bodies
- Risk management of maintenance staff
- Master planning & Committee Meetings
- WHS Gap Analysis improvements
- Manage Property service for Events, carnivals etc.
- Other duties
