Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a data focus to support a major data modernisation program. You will run discovery sessions, capture requirements, and help design a Databricks-based Azure platform with solid governance and reporting capabilities.

You will work across business and technical teams, document non-functional needs, and contribute to target-state and migration planning. Strong stakeholder engagement and Agile delivery maturity are essential.
