Pro-invest Hotels in Ringwood is seeking a Senior Manager on shift to lead the front desk and hotel operations, ensuring guest experiences exceed expectations throughout every stay.

You will assist the Front Office Manager, welcome guests, resolve concerns, train the team, upsell services, and maintain shift logs, with flexibility for a 24/7 roster including holidays and weekends. RSA qualification and PMS experience are required.
