You will guide ENs and PCAs, ensuring care reflects collaboration, accountability, respect and empathy across residents and staff. AHPRA registered RNs with aged care experience are encouraged to apply.

The role offers full time hours, Monday–Friday daytime shifts, and a supportive, values-led workplace with ongoing development opportunities and staff benefits.
