Brightday Australia is growing, and we're looking for a driven, motivated Client Manager / Business Development Manager to join our Melbourne team. Founded in 2014, Brightday is a wealth management firm helping everyday Australians set up the foundations of their wealth and prepare for retirement. You'll be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through onboarding, building strong relationships from day one, and making sure they get the most from our service. Your days will be a perfect mix of phone-based work and occasionally welcoming your clients to a face-to-face meeting in our Collins Street office.
Interviews are held throughout October with successful candidates starting mid-November.

Key responsibilities

- Guide recent clients through the onboarding process from first conversation to getting started
- Connect with clients and prospects by phone, and welcome clients to the office for face-to-face meetings
- Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships
- Identify and follow up new business opportunities
- Follow compliance guidelines at all times




- Manage your own pipeline and consistently meet monthly targets
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver an outstanding client experience

About you

- Sales, business development or client management experience (preferred but not essential)
- Self-motivated, confident, well spoken and results-driven
- Excellent communicator, equally comfortable on the phone and in person
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Keen to learn, grow and be part of a high-energy team

OTE $125,000+ ($80,000 base salary + super, + access to monthly bonuses)

Fully funded RG146 certification so you can provide general advice when needed
