Disability Support Worker | Weekdays n

Moorabbin and Highett| Weekdays | Day Shift 8am - 4pm | MND Experience Required

We are seeking compassionate, experienced and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality in-home care across Moorabbin, Highett and surrounding suburbs.

n

We have a range of clients and support requirements, including some roles supporting people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). MND experience is required for these positions.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Disability Support Worker (DSW) to support clients in n

n
- Location: Moorabbin and Highett
n
- Shifts: Weekdays Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Availbility
n
- Start: Immediate start preferred
n
- Experience: Must have experience as a DSW working with NDIS clients with MND
n




- Must be confident working with clients with complex care needs and behaviours of concern.
n
- Training: Must have experience in NIV Management, PEG Feeding, Manual Handling and Medication Assistance
n
- Must be available for minimum 4 days of the week
n

Responsibilities: nn
- Personal care (toileting & showering assistance)

- Cooking and cleaning
n
- Community access and engagement
n
- Manual handling
n
- Medication assistance
n

Ideal Candidate: nn
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate
n
- Strong understanding of person-centred care
n
- Confident working with complex support needs
n
- Experience with manual handling (Hoists, slide sheets)
n
