About the Rolen




nAs the Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day success of the Myaree store. Your responsibilities will include:n

- Supporting the Store Manager with the daily operations of the business
n
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
n
- Driving sales, productivity, and store presentation standards
n
- Managing stock, merchandising, and inventory control
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service across every department
n
- Assisting with rostering, compliance, and store administration
n
- Building strong relationships with local Myaree customers and the community
n

About Youn
n

n
- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Department Manager within supermarkets or grocery retail
n
- A hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for developing people
n
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs
n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
- The ability to stay calm, organised, and motivated in a busy retail setting
n
