Castle Hill RSL is seeking a hands-on Cellar Team Lead to steer beverage purchasing, stock control and cellar operations across our venues. You will oversee product data, pricing and integrity within the POS system and partner with venue leaders to ensure consistency and compliance.
You will bring proven experience in purchasing, inventory management or cellar operations in hospitality, solid leadership and supplier management skills, and advanced BePoz POS knowledge.
