RMIT UP, operating Informit’s digital platform, seeks a Platform Operations and Delivery Coordinator to ensure reliable day-to-day operations and ongoing improvements. You will work with the Head of Platform, internal teams, and external partners to coordinate requirements, testing, releases and incidents.

You will lead onboarding and troubleshooting across teams, build solid vendor relationships, and document processes to improve service quality and customer experience.
