The Role – Intermediate/Senior Contract Administrators

Blackwatch Projects is seeking talented Intermediate and Senior Contracts Administrators to join our growing team at Hamilton Northshore, with four stages and 5+ years of project work ahead. Take ownership of major residential developments, work alongside experienced construction professionals and build your career with a business focused on quality delivery and long-term growth.

A little about the role:

Manage subcontract procurement, letting and commercial negotiations
n
Drive cost control, variations and extensions of time
n
Oversee client and subcontractor progress claims and final accounts
n
Support project delivery and strong commercial outcomes
n
What We're Looking For
n
Proven Contracts Administration Experience in residential construction, ideally mid-rise or projects valued at $50M+
n
Construction Management qualifications highly regarded (i.e., Bachelors or higher in Construction Management, Law (Contractual Law Specialisation), etc.)
n
Experience with Procore, ProcurePro, Jobpac or similar systems
n
Commercially minded, robust communicators, detail-oriented people looking to grow with a business
