Job Description

Peppercorn Recruitment is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for a Brisbane-based mining and resources ASX-listed business. The role involves advising on a broad range of commercial, corporate and strategic legal matters, working with the General Counsel and senior operations teams.

You will draft and negotiate complex contracts, advise on joint ventures, acquisitions, capital raisings and restructures, and help shape internal processes and risk management as the business grows internationally.
