Job Description

SOLID Ashburton is hiring founding instructors to lead Pilates, strength and cardio sessions with a dynamic, motivating presence. You’ll help launch the studio, deliver engaging classes and contribute to growing the STRONG community.

Successful applicants will complete the STRONG Academy, with fully funded training, and progress from academy to studio leadership. Flexible hours and above‑award pay accompany the opportunity to shape the pre-opening journey.
