We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Operators and Storepersons to join a rapidly expanding team at a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Melbourne's Western Suburbs for a leading international brand.

Shifts & Pay Rates n

Day and Afternoon shifts available - Monday to Friday

n

n
- LF Forklift Operators: $39.70 - $44.50 per hour
n
- Storepersons: $36.10 - $40.40 per hour
n

n

All rates listed are casual hourly rates inclusive of applicable casual loading and shift penalties.

n

Shift preferences will be considered; however, preferred shifts cannot be guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities n

Depending on your role, duties may include:

n

n
- Operating High Reach, Counterbalance and/or Double Deep forklifts
n
- Loading and unloading trucks and pallets
n
- Putaways, replenishment and stock movement
n
- Picking and packing orders
n
- RF scanning and product tracking
n
- Stock rotation and inventory control
n
- Assisting with cycle counts and stocktakes
n




- Operating pallet jacks, tuggers and other warehouse equipment
n
- General warehouse and storeperson duties
n
- Manual handling
n
- Completing quality checks
n
- Meeting daily productivity targets and KPIs
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work setting
n
- Following all site safety procedures and warehouse processes
n

What We're Looking For n

For forklift positions, you must have:

n

n
- A current Australian LF Forklift Licence
n
- Demonstrated experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment
n
- Experience with High Reach, Counterbalance and/or Double Deep forklifts
n
- Strong awareness of warehouse safety procedures
n

n

For all positions:

n

n
- Previous warehouse, distribution or storeperson experience
n
- RF scanning experience is highly regarded
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
n
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive duties
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
n
- Ability to meet productivity targets and operational deadlines
n
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
n
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
n
- Ability to attend a face-to-face interview and complete ASA's onboarding requirements
n
