Job Description

Myrtle in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to oversee daily operations, uphold high service standards, and lead a dedicated team in a hands-on capacity.

You will work closely with venue management, kitchen, events and operations to foster guest relationships, showcase Australian produce and wine, and drive growth.

The role requires RSA, full Australian working rights, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
