Job Description

Mallesons, a leading Australian firm, is seeking a Solicitor (2-4 PQE) or Senior Associate with banking and finance experience to join its market-leading team in Sydney. You will work on complex transactions, drafting facilities, intercreditor agreements and security documents, and assisting on restructurings and capital transactions.

You will mentor junior lawyers and contribute to client relationships and business development in a team-oriented, high-performance culture.
