The Health Lane Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Support Worker to assist a participant with complex behaviours. You will provide individualised care, work with the participant's support network, and implement Behaviour Support Plans to promote safety and wellbeing.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, de‑escalate when needed, and ensure accurate documentation. This role is contractor-based with adaptable shifts and opportunities to develop in behaviour support strategies.
