The City of Boroondara is seeking a Training Instructional Designer to design, develop and deliver learning programs for the People Permits and Properties Project. This fixed-term, full-time role is based in Camberwell and supports a customer‑first transformation through recent processes and technology.

You will apply adult learning principles, create resources for face-to-face, virtual and blended delivery, and collaborate with the Change Manager, project team and vendor partners to build
