Who we’re looking for?

- Current VIC real estateCertificate of Registration or willingness to obtain one. Provenexperience in retail or property management, ideally across multi-siteportfolios.
- Strong communication andstakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational andadministrative ability to manage high-volume tasks and deadlines.

- Familiarity with tenancy systemsand compliance processes; Microsoft Office proficiency.

The role

Join Knight Frank’s nationalretail team as a Retail Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations,presentation, and tenant engagement for Town/ Shopping centres with 120tenants. Ensure smooth trading and a great experience for retailers andcustomers.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of daily retail andtenancy management across multiple centres, ensuring compliance andpresentation standards
- Act as the primary contact fortenants, resolving queries promptly and building strong relationships.
- Coordinate lease administration,compliance tasks (insurances, bank guarantees), and maintain accuraterecords.
- Support marketing initiatives,retailer engagement,



and trading analysis to drive performance.
- Partner with facilities andportfolio managers to deliver seamless operations and meet KPIs.
