JDA Collective's Headlands Hotel in Illawarra is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and mentor a busy hospitality team.

You will oversee daily venue operations, uphold premium service standards, manage stock and compliance with licensing, health and safety rules, and ensure guests enjoy an exceptional Headlands experience.

The role is permanent, requiring solid leadership, evenings and weekend availability, and a passion for hospitality.
