West Coast Wilderness Railway is seeking a People and Culture Manager to lead HR strategy and staff engagement across Tasmania. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll compliance, and WHS policy development while supporting business objectives.
The role offers flexibility for work from home with three days on-site every 4-5 weeks and a vehicle allowance. Based in Queenstown, occasional site travel is required to support WCWR’s heritage rail experience.
