About the Role n
nYou will work closely with the mechanical engineers, turning design intent into accurate, well-coordinated Revit models and documentation. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in clean drawings and enjoys being involved from early design through to construction and as-built stages.n
Key Responsibilities n
n

n
- Produce mechanical services models and drawings in Revit, including plans, sections, schematics and schedules
n
- Prepare tender, construction, shop drawing and as-built documentation
n
- Convert engineer mark-ups and sketches into detailed,



coordinated designs
n
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, hydraulic and civil disciplines to resolve clashes
n
- Lay out HVAC equipment, ductwork and pipework
n
- Manage revisions, drawing registers and RFI responses
n
- Maintain model and drawing standards across projects
n

About You n
n

n
- Proven Revit experience in mechanical building services (essential)
n
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and services coordination
n
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accurate, transparent documentation
n
- Confident communicator who works well directly with engineers and project teams
n
- Reliable and organised, comfortable working to deadlines
n
- Experience with commercial, retail or education projects would be well regarded
n
