Job Description

This is a grounds maintenance role working on regular routes across SEQ. You'll be responsible for lawn care, garden maintenance, and equipment upkeep across multiple sites, with a transparent path to progress from crew member to crew leader.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Mow, edge, whipper snip and blow down lawns
n
- Trim hedges, prune shrubs and keep garden beds weeded and tidy
n
- Spread mulch and remove green waste
n
- Spot and report irrigation problems, and help with repairs
n
- Take before and after photos of every job in the app
n
- Look after the ute, trailer and gear: clean, fuelled and maintained
n
- Work through your daily run of sites on time
n

About you nn
- Current driver's licence, comfortable towing a trailer
n
- Experience with mowers, whipper snippers and hedgers
n




- A police check, or willing to get one
n
- NDIS worker screening, or willing to get it, for some sites
n
- A smartphone for the job app
n
- Fit and happy working outdoors in all weather
n
- Turn up on time, every time
n
- Clean, careful work you'd be happy to put your name on
n
- Friendly and respectful with residents and clients
n
