Job Description

Wingboy is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own our people function across five Sydney venues, splitting time between home and on-site visits. You’ll recruit, onboard, manage compliance, employee relations, and culture with a hands-on leadership approach.

You’ll bring 3–5+ years in HR within hospitality, robust knowledge of Fair Work and modern awards, and experience with Tanda. This role offers hybrid work, professional development, and a dynamic team culture.
