Job Description

Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) in Sydney seeks a Senior Ombudsman, Insurance to lead a high-performing team of Insurance Ombudsmen. You will provide expert advice, coaching, and ensure fair, independent decisions while shaping general insurance dispute resolution.

You will report to the Lead Ombudsman Insurance and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work arrangements are available and applicants across Australia are welcome.
