Excellent PAYG rates—up to $100 per hour for weekday shifts!n

Requirementsn

- Ideally, at least two years of consolidated ICU experience
n
- ALS, Cannulation/venepuncture, ventilation skills
n
- Tertiary Intensive Care experience—highly regarded
n

Contract options

nFour to six weeks or six to 12 weeksn

n • Leave dates can be requested within your contractn
n • Complete 12 weeks of full-time work and receive a $2,000 bonusn

Travel, accommodation and expensesn
n✈️ Return flights to Darwin reimbursed up to $1,200—claimable once every six monthsn
n Up to $616 per week toward accommodation and eligible expenses if you are not using onsite accommodationn
n Funds may also be used toward car hire, Uber and other eligible expensesn
nAccommodation currently averages approximately $316–$600 per week, potentially leaving around $100-$300 per week for other eligible expenses.n
nEligible PAYG staff may also benefit from LAFHA tax savings through our payroll partner, GNA. Our average eligible employee receives approximately 16.6% more in take-home pay—often an additional $400–$500 or more per pay. Individual perks will depend on personal circumstances and eligibility.n

- Postgraduate Diploma allowance: $78.40 per week

- Master’s qualification allowance: $94.10 per week

- Laundry allowance: $8.32 per week

- Uniform and footwear allowance: $13.06 per week

- RN/RM in charge of ward: $44.79 per shift
n
- On-call allowance: minimum $39.20, then $4.90 per hour thereafter
n
- On-call allowance on an RDO: minimum $78.16, then $9.77 per hour thereafter
n
- On call during a meal break: $19.28 per break
n

Eligibility depends on the applicable award, Local Health District, role and roster.n
nBEST LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICTS FOR ALLOWANCESn

- Western NSW: Up to $1,155 per week, tax-free with eligible receipts
n
- Southern NSW: Up to $1,067 per week, tax-free with eligible receipts
n
- Murrumbidgee NSW: Up to $128 per eligible shift—approximately $512–$896 per week
n

Allowance eligibility varies by facility. Wagga Wagga and Griffith Base Hospital may not attract the same Murrumbidgee expense allowances, so this should be confirmed before accepting a contract.n
nACCOMMODATION OPTIONSDepending on the location, options may include:n

- Onsite accommodation in private, lockable dormitory-style rooms

- Some rooms include a balcony and sink
n
- Up to $200 per week in reimbursement for eligible out-of-pocket expenses with receipts

- Up to $616 per week toward private offsite accommodation and eligible expenses at selected locations
