An experienced Supply and Distribution Manager is required to oversee the fulfilment operations that supply stock to Vinnies stores. Based in Cardiff NSW , you will report to the Statewide Supply and Distribution Manager and will be responsible for leading a team comprising of Supply and Distribution Supervisors, Truck Drivers and Warehouse General Hands. Your strong organisational skills, hands-on approach, and good focus on achieving production targets are critical to ensure efficient, accurate and timely distribution of inventory.

Your Responsibility n

- Lead and supervise a team of Warehouse General Hands and Forklift drivers
n
- Ensure stock are sorted, picked, and dispatched accurately and efficiently
n
- Manage day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations
n
- Monitor daily productivity targets and ensure SLAs are met
n
- Ensure that work and safety procedures are always complied with
n
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues that may arise.
n
- Participate in continuous improvement activities or projects.
n

You Will Need n

- Proven experience in supply chain or logistics management
n
- Excellent knowledge of inventory control and warehousing
n
- Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
n
- Hands-on management style with ability to coach, motivate and train team members
n
- Strong focus on productivity, accuracy and continuous improvement
