About the role n
We are seeking a Beauty Therapist to join our team at our Indooroopilly salon Brisbane . This is for either casual or Full time position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be at the heart of our service delivery, ensuring every client receives a professional, relaxing, and rejuvenating beauty experience. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing n
Performing a range of beauty treatments including waxing, facials, skincare treatments, and other beauty services to a high qualified standard
n
Consulting with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, and recommending appropriate treatments
n
Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
n
Using beauty products and equipment safely and correctly
n
Building positive client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
n
Keeping accurate client records and treatment notes
n
Supporting the team and contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere
n
Staying current with beauty industry trends and techniques through ongoing professional development
What we're looking for n
A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent accredited training
n
Current knowledge of beauty treatments, techniques, and industry best practices
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service
n
A professional approach to personal grooming and presentation
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
A commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene
n
Reliability and flexibility to accommodate casual work scheduling
n
Experience in the beauty or related services industry is highly desirable
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferred
