Fintech Hi.Re in Australia is seeking a Business Analyst for Identity & Access Management (IAM) on a 12-month contract in Sydney or Melbourne. You will analyse IAM requirements, support role engineering, and bridge business and security teams.

You should have 5–10 years as a BA in financial or enterprise settings, deep IAM knowledge, stakeholder management, and solid documentation and communication skills. Knowledge of tools like 1IM, AD, ISAM, Entra, JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
