Following rapid growth, we are expanding our field operations and looking for an experienced Team Leader / Senior Installer who takes pride in precision craft and can set the standard for quality on-site.

The Role & Core Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will drive project efficiency, uphold immaculate quality control, and mentor junior team members and installers on-site.

- Site Leadership: Run morning briefings, manage on-site workflow, and ensure jobs run on schedule safely and cleanly.

- Precision Trade Work: Lead timber frame modifications, rebate prepping, frame repairs, and high-spec glass installations.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure retrofits strictly adhere to our proven installation processes and meet high standards.

- Safety & Equipment: Manage safe glass handling and team operation on ladders, scaffolding, and boom lifts.

- Client Interface: Represent the brand on-site with professionalism, clear communication, and respect for our clients' homes.

What We Are Looking For

- Qualifications & Experience: Fully qualified Carpenter or Glazier with proven hands-on experience (heritage/timber window experience highly regarded).

- Leadership Capability: Previous experience leading a crew, managing site safety, and running productive daily installations.

- Exceptional Workmanship: Strong attention to detail, pride in clean finishings, and high standards for timber craft and glass handling.

- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, White Card, and the physical capability to handle glass and site equipment safely.
