The Beaufort is looking for a driven, confident and service-focused Duty Manager to join the team, with opportunities to work across some of Perth’s most exciting hospitality venues.

About Us:

The Beaufort is a multi-level venue featuring several outdoor terraces, a rooftop bar and a stunning open-air atrium with mature trees, lush garden beds and a retractable roof.

Lotus is our Asian-fusion restaurant, spanning two indoor levels and an outdoor terrace.

Cypher is our flagship cocktail bar, tucked away in a hidden location and offering a distinctive cocktail and nightlife experience.

With three unique venues under one roof, no two shifts are the same. This is an opportunity to work across diverse service styles, develop your leadership skills and play an significant role in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

About the role

As Duty Manager, you will be a key part of the management team, helping drive daily operations, lead from the front and maintain the high standards our venues are known for.

You'll be responsible for creating a positive team culture, ensuring service runs smoothly and making sure every guest experience reflects our commitment to quality hospitality.

About you

We're looking for someone who leads by example, brings positive energy to every shift and understands that great hospitality starts with a great team.

The right applicant will demonstrate :

Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar role

An understanding of venue operations and legal compliance





Service is at the heart of everything you do - ensuring all operations are inline for smooth service and a memorable guest experience

A genuinely charismatic, energetic personality with a desire to succeed

Ability to monitor employees for professionalism and presentation withperformance management and mentoring as required

A positive and respectful management style that will set the benchmark fora dynamic team

Excellent communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

Must have a current WA RSA certificate, Approved Managers card and full Australian working rights
