Impact Talent is recruiting an Account Manager in Sydney CBD for a fast-growing, Australian-owned insurance brokerage. You’ll inherit an SME commercial portfolio with approx. $500K annual income and grow it through strong client and insurer relationships.

You’ll manage renewals, insurer negotiations and new business opportunities, supported by experienced brokers and offshore admin. This role rewards performance with a portfolio-based incentive and explicit career progression.
