UnitingCare Queensland is hiring a Youth Worker for Out of Home Care in Bundaberg. The role uses a therapeutic-centred CARE approach to support children, young people and families, with focus on stability, safety and belonging.

You will work within a 24-hour roster, build robust relationships, and complete reports while promoting trauma-informed, non-family-based care. Training and development are provided.
